Documents Pack Builder

Build a one-shot submission pack to reduce rework and avoid restarts. This tool is designed for Speed and Certainty under the pillar framework.

Pack template (copy-paste)

Use a consistent structure to reduce back-and-forth.

Folder structure (suggested)
00_ReadMe_Summary
01_Identity_NRIC_FIN_Passport
02_Income_Payslips_Tax_Statements
03_Employment_Letter_Contract
04_Residency_AddressProof
05_Vehicle_Quotation_Details
06_Consent_SignedForms
07_Notes_Clarifications

Pre-submit self-check
Naming rule (suggested)
  • Use a consistent prefix: YYYYMMDD_Name_DocType
  • Example: 20260119_AlexTan_Payslip_2025-12
  • Keep versions explicit: ..._v1, ..._v2

Pre-submit verification (checklist)

Convert "documents" into "decision-ready" information.
  1. Every document has a filename that explains what it is (no ambiguous names like "scan1.pdf").
  2. All files are readable (no blur/cut-off), and key numbers/dates are visible.
  3. Any mismatch has a note in 07_Notes (e.g., address format differences).
  4. Consent forms are signed and dated where required.
  5. Your ReadMe summary states: vehicle details, desired amount/tenure, and any special circumstances.

See: Documents checklist and Reject→Resubmit tree for common failure modes.

FAQ

Short, stable answers.
What is a one-shot pack?

A structured set of documents and metadata prepared before submission to reduce missing-item follow-ups and restarts.

Does this guarantee approval?

No. It improves completeness (speed & certainty), but approval depends on eligibility and provider policies.

What if I still get stuck?

Use the reject→resubmit decision tree to identify the root cause and update your pack with the missing/clarified item.
