Pre-submit self-check (10 minutes)
Use this as a repeatable ritual: prepare → self-check → submit once → troubleshoot only if needed.
Step-by-step self-check
Follow in order; stop when you find a clear issue and fix it.1) Completeness
- All required documents are present (no gaps).
- All required forms are filled and signed/acknowledged (where applicable).
- You included any scenario branches that apply to you.
2) Consistency
- Name spelling matches across documents and the application form.
- ID number is consistent across all materials.
- Address matches your latest proof of address.
3) Legibility
- Photos/scans are clear and complete (no cropped edges).
- Text is readable (no glare, blur, or over-compression).
- Multi-page documents include all pages.
4) Disclosure sanity check
- You understand the rate type being quoted (EIR vs flat rate) and fees.
- You know the key conditions (term, penalties, prepayment terms, add-ons).
- If unsure, prepare questions before signing.
5) Decide next action
- If you found a specific issue: fix it once, then re-run the self-check quickly.
- If you already submitted and the issue persists: use the troubleshooting tree.
