Documents checklist (master)

A practical "one-shot pack" checklist: prepare once, reduce rework, and avoid the reject → resubmit loop. Scope is focused on Auto Financing in Singapore.

Checklist sections

Use the headings as an internal "index" when copying into your workflow.

1) Identity & contact

  • Government-issued ID (for identity verification)
  • Mobile number + email used in the application
  • Consistency check: name spelling and ID number match across all documents

2) Residency & address

  • Proof of address (recent and readable)
  • Residency status details (as applicable)
  • Consistency check: address format matches across documents and the application form

3) Income & employment

  • Income proof (recent and complete)
  • Employment proof (role, employer, and tenure)
  • Notes: variable income / self-employed cases may require additional branches

4) Existing obligations (if asked)

  • Current monthly obligations and repayment commitments
  • Any supporting evidence requested by the provider
  • Keep disclosures consistent with your application answers

5) Vehicle & purchase details

  • Vehicle details as provided by the seller/dealer (make/model/year, etc.)
  • Purchase details and pricing breakdown (where available)
  • Upfront cost components (COE/ARF/RF) may affect affordability—verify via official sources if needed
