- Purchase details and pricing breakdown (where available)
- Upfront cost components (COE/ARF/RF) may affect affordability—verify via official sources if needed
6) Consent & declarations
- Consent for credit checks (as required)
- Declarations (accuracy and completeness)
- Final review: ensure all forms are signed/acknowledged as required
